Safe space with fun, energetic sessions for all age groups, giving children the freedom to be a kid, and not grow up to quick.
Fun to be had by all, We will also be offering SEND sessions from January 2027.

🌞 Holiday Clubs 2027
Affordable, fun, full‑day childcare for children in Gleadless Valley
Starting in 2027, Valley Youth Hub will offer brand‑new Holiday Clubs, running Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, throughout every school holiday. These clubs are designed to support working families by providing safe, reliable, and engaging childcare right here in the heart of Gleadless Valley.
Our holiday clubs are open to children aged 5 to 14, with a wide range of activities to keep them active, creative, and confident all day long.
🎒 What We Will Offer
Children attending our Holiday Clubs will enjoy a full day of varied, exciting activities, including:
Cooking & Baking Sessions Hands‑on, confidence‑building kitchen fun where children learn real skills.
Outdoor Adventures: Nature walks, team games, sports, challenges, and fresh‑air fun across the estate.
Creative Workshops: Arts, crafts, building, designing, and imaginative projects.
Open Play Sessions: Child‑led play using loose parts, construction materials, role‑play resources, and more.
Calm & Chill‑Out Spaces for children who need a quieter moment or sensory‑friendly time.
Every day is different — and every child is welcome.
💷 Help With Childcare Costs
Our 2027 Holiday Clubs are eligible for Tax‑Free Childcare, meaning many families can save 20% on their childcare fees. Some families may also be able to claim support through Universal Credit for childcare costs.
